1. Sticker Generation and Ownership

• All stickers generated through our service become part of our public library.
• Generated stickers are available to all users for download and use.
• Once generated, stickers cannot be deleted as they contribute to our collective resource.
• You retain rights to your personal data, but not to the generated stickers.

2. Usage Limitations

• Free users are limited to 5 sticker generations per day.
• Free downloads are limited to 5 stickers per day.
• Generated content must not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights.
• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is strictly prohibited and filtered.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be occasionally disrupted for maintenance or updates.

4. Content Guidelines

Users agree not to generate:

• Explicit or adult content.
• Hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Violent or disturbing imagery.
• Content that infringes on others' rights.
• Content that promotes illegal activities.

5. Commercial Use

• Generated stickers are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Commercial use or use for marketing, requires an appropriate subscription plan.
• Redistribution of generated content is strictly prohibited under the free tier.
• Bulk downloads and API access are restricted to paid plans.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
